Another Round is a dry hire bar which means we can provide everything needed for beverages (fresh squeezed juices, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, bartending tools, the staff, etc.), everything except the alcohol itself. We will assist in helping you with your selection and the amount needed for your package.

Each package comes with TIPS certified bartenders, the tools for mixing and serving drinks (bartending tools, cups, napkins, straws, serving containers, ice, garnishes, mixers, syrups) your very own custom drink menu, and a non alcoholic beverage station of your choice. 

We are taking bookings for 2024 and 2025! If your event is within 2 weeks of booking us, additional last minute booking fees may apply. 

We aren’t just limited to alcoholic beverages. We offer a variety of add-on packages for any event. We offer a cocktail smoking station, games package and a hot beverage package.

Our mobile bar and staff are equipped to serve up to 160 guests. Additional bartenders may need to be added for larger events. 

We service all types of private events including weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, office parties, and backyard parties. 

We offer a limited number of packages so we can consistently deliver on our promise to serve drinks quickly. By having a select number of beverages, we want to keep the drink line short and guests happy!

Absolutely! When you book with us, we will sit down and help you calculate all you will need for your event. 

We most definitely are! We have general liability and liquor liability to cover any unforeseen circumstances. 

Our bartenders are TIPS certified. When you choose us, you trust us to take care of your guests and serve them responsibly. 

We are happy to travel to your event! We are located in Basehor, KS so anywhere located 25 miles outside of that will be charged $2 per mile. We will travel up to 80 miles outside of Basehor, KS.

Our mobile bar is towed by our pickup truck. We will need to get into your event space 1.5 – 2 hours before the event to set everything up and prepare drinks for guests.  

It certainly can! Just as long as we have an opening that is bigger than 9ft tall and 8ft wide. 

Kansas and Missouri weather can be unpredictable and we want to make sure that your event carries on and your guests are happy. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule if it rains but we would be happy to work with you and the venue to create a setup that keeps everyone dry. 

Yes! We love our converted trailer bar but we also know that it might not fit everyones esthetic.  You can choose to use our satellite bar or just hire our bartenders only if your event space already has a bar. 

Unfortunately, we are unable do a cash bar. Another Round is a dry hire bar which means we are not permitted to sell alcohol.

Yes, we will need to plug into an outlet. If you don’t have an outlet we can add a small generator fee to your package.
